SERVICES

Start with a decision.
Agree the work around it.

Every engagement defines the documents, review boundary, output, fee and delivery date before paid work starts.

A DEFINED FIRST ENGAGEMENT

Start with the offer in front of you.

A quotation review is a defined starting scope within Delivery Risk Snapshot: one infrastructure offer and its referenced configuration, delivery and support documents.

  • What is stated, assumed or missing
  • Where scope gaps may affect cost, timing or operation
  • A prioritised set of questions to resolve before acceptance

Additional offers, suppliers, site visits and specialist verification are scoped separately. A document review does not authenticate equipment or certify a supplier.

01

Before a commitment

Delivery Risk Snapshot

Identify what the available documents support, which assumptions remain open and what needs an owner decision.

Planning reference: 7-10 business days for an agreed bounded review. Confirm scope, inputs and the delivery date before work starts.

WHEN IT FITS

An offer, procurement decision or early project plan needs a bounded independent review before the next commitment.

Decision to support

What needs to be clarified before approving the proposed supply or the next project step?

Documents to start with
  • The current offer and referenced bill of materials
  • Available delivery, warranty and support terms
  • The site context, decision deadline and known constraints
What the review covers
  • Scope, configuration and responsibility gaps
  • Delivery triggers, cost boundaries and site prerequisites
  • Evidence needed for acceptance and operational support
What you receive
  • A short decision memo with scope and evidence limits
  • An issue register linking each gap to a source, impact and next action
  • A supplier clarification list and priorities for the owner

Before mobilisation

Power-to-Delivery Feasibility Pack

Review the documented delivery sequence and identify dependencies that need supplier, utility or specialist confirmation.

Planning reference: 2-3 weeks for an agreed document-led scope. External confirmations and specialist studies need separate scheduling.

WHEN IT FITS

The owner needs to reconcile equipment, enabling works and readiness milestones before treating the delivery programme as credible.

Decision to support

Which dependencies must be resolved before procurement, mobilisation or a revised programme is approved?

Documents to start with
  • The current programme, procurement tracker and package scopes
  • Available utility correspondence and site-readiness information
  • Testing, commissioning and handover requirements
What the review covers
  • Dependencies between power, site works and equipment
  • Lead-time assumptions, package interfaces and sequencing
  • Readiness criteria and unresolved responsibilities
What you receive
  • A dependency map with evidence and confirmation owners
  • A prioritised risk and mitigation register
  • A readiness memo identifying decisions and specialist inputs still required

During active delivery

Execution Advisory & Delivery Governance

Maintain owner-side visibility through a defined reporting rhythm, interface reviews and escalation records.

A recurring engagement with reporting frequency, availability and site attendance agreed in the scope. No default 24/7 or resident-engineer service.

WHEN IT FITS

Several parties are delivering packages, while the owner needs a consistent record of issues, evidence and upcoming decisions.

Decision to support

What requires an owner decision now, who owns the next action and what evidence is needed to close it?

Documents to start with
  • Current package status, milestone records and issue logs
  • Agreed reporting access and nominated project contacts
  • Readiness, commissioning and handover plans
What the review covers
  • Review of package evidence and unresolved interfaces
  • Action ownership, escalation and decision tracking
  • Readiness observations against agreed milestones
What you receive
  • A recurring package and readiness summary
  • An action and escalation log with named owners and due dates
  • A decision record showing outstanding evidence and closure conditions

A document review has a defined boundary.

Site inspections, equipment authentication, utility commitments, engineering design or certification, legal and customs advice, and formal acceptance testing require separate arrangements and, where appropriate, qualified specialists. The review identifies the required confirmation; it does not substitute for it. Designers, contractors and manufacturers retain their contracted responsibilities.

PROCUREMENT & SUPPLIER ASSURANCE

Check the offer.
Map the delivery interfaces.

Procurement support is scoped within the relevant engagement.

Document-led checks

Review the supplied identity and product records, bill of materials, exclusions, delivery terms, warranty and support scope. Record the source and limit of each finding.

Checks needing more access

Flag product authentication, factory inspections, financial or legal checks and specialist engineering work that cannot be completed from the supplied documents.

Cross-border responsibilities

Map who supplies, ships, clears, unloads, installs, tests and supports a package. Unpriced costs and unassigned interfaces remain explicit.

BEFORE WE START

Practical questions.

What should we share first?

A few non-confidential lines are enough: the decision, installation country, deadline and main concern. No completed form or introductory call is required. We agree how to exchange offers or sensitive project documents after establishing fit.

Can a review start with incomplete information?

Yes, when the available material is sufficient for a useful, bounded review. Missing information is recorded as an open issue. It is not treated as evidence that a supplier or project is unreliable.

Can NETSYSTEN work alongside our integrator or procurement team?

Yes. Owner-side support can sit alongside internal teams, designers, integrators and suppliers. The engagement should specify access, responsibilities, reporting and who makes commercial or technical decisions.

Does a review certify a supplier or guarantee delivery?

No. Conclusions relate to the agreed scope and evidence available at the time. Product authentication, site inspections, legal due diligence, engineering certification and formal acceptance testing require specific arrangements and, where relevant, qualified specialists.

How are scope, timing and fees agreed?

After the first email, we establish whether the question fits and which inputs are available. A written proposal defines the scope, outputs, exclusions, fee and timing before paid work starts. Planning windows are indicative; a quotation review and a whole-project dependency review need different scopes.

How should we handle confidential documents?

Begin with a non-confidential summary. Before exchanging sensitive files, agree confidentiality requirements, authorised recipients and an appropriate channel. Do not send passwords, access keys or unnecessary personal information.

START WITH A FEW LINES

What needs to be clear
before your next commitment?

Email the decision, installation country and deadline. We will establish whether the question fits and propose a scope before paid work begins.
