A named client and mandate
Each owner-side engagement identifies the client, the decision to support and the limits of NETSYSTEN’s authority. The client retains approval and acceptance decisions.
HOW WE WORK
Every finding should identify the source, the unresolved question, the possible effect and the next action.
Agree the question, documents, deadline, review limits and the person making the decision.
Separate stated commitments from client assumptions and missing information. Check whether scope and responsibilities align.
Link each issue to its source, impact, confirmation owner and closure condition. The client decides how to proceed.
EVIDENCE DISCIPLINE
The offer states a response period. It does not by itself establish local attendance or restoration time.
Fictional illustration from Q-DEMO-001The period appears in the offer. This records the statement, not proof of future performance.
The owner expects local on-site support. That expectation is not established by the quoted response.
A site-specific service schedule defining attendance, repair logistics and exclusions is absent.
INDEPENDENCE & CONFLICTS
Each owner-side engagement identifies the client, the decision to support and the limits of NETSYSTEN’s authority. The client retains approval and acceptance decisions.
Relevant supplier relationships, referral arrangements or other compensation must be disclosed before work starts. Any sourcing or vendor-side role is separately identified and scoped.
Conflicting interests must be discussed before accepting a mandate. Work that cannot be separated or managed without compromising the agreed review is declined or excluded.
START WITH A FEW LINES
Email the decision, installation country and deadline. We will establish whether the question fits and propose a scope before paid work begins.
